The name "TrxKing", its domains, logos, and custom markings are trademarks owned exclusively by TrxKing. All website content (images, graphics, text, videos, and interface elements) is protected under intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership or license rights in the Site Content or Trademarks.
The Service is provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. TrxKing disclaims all representations and warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the platform's performance, completeness, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.
Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee that the Service will operate without interruptions, server lags, system errors, or that any discovered defects will be resolved instantly.
By using the platform, you agree to comply with the rules established for each game. TrxKing reserves complete authority over the creation, maintenance, limits, suspension, and closing of the Service. All administrative decisions made by TrxKing's management regarding account disputes or gameplay outcomes are final and not subject to appeal or review.
Before and during your use of the Service, you represent, warrant, and covenant that:
Personal Entertainment: The Service is intended solely for the User's personal, non-commercial entertainment. Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting), using bots, or colluding to exploit the hourly faucet and other promotions is strictly prohibited.
Restricted Jurisdictions: Residents or individuals located in Burundi, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Kiribati, Malawi, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Mozambique, Nauru, Niger, North Korea, Palau, Solomon Islands, Somalia, South Sudan, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, and Vietnam are not allowed to use the Service. Bypassing these restrictions, including using proxy servers or VPNs to mask your actual location, constitutes a major breach of this Agreement.
If you violate any terms in this Agreement, TrxKing reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, lock promotional balances, and take legal action. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TrxKing, its directors, partners, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms or misuse of the Service.
In no event shall TrxKing, its developers, or its team be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or operational access) arising out of the use or misuse of the Service, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Faucet claims and registration payouts are limited to one per individual. If any user employs duplicate accounts or automation to abuse bonuses, the platform reserves the right to freeze the accounts. Legitimate deposited funds may still be withdrawn. TrxKing retains final interpretive authority over all promotional campaigns, activities, and rules.
